Internal combustion engine i.e. diesel engine, for motor car, has valve arranged in feed conduit, where open and closed positions of valve are adjusted in response to pressure difference between compressor pressure and suction tube pressure
The engine has a supercharger and a condensate feed conduit i.e. suction line, supplying condensate stored in a loading air supply to the engine, where the conduit is connected with a suction tube. A valve (1) is arranged in the conduit. The valve opens a passage of the conduit in an open position and closes the passage in a closed position, where the opened position and the closed position of the valve are adjusted in response to pressure difference between compressor pressure of the supercharger and suction tube pressure of the engine. An independent claim is also included for a method for supplying condensate to an internal combustion engine by a condensate feed conduit.
