The microscope irradiates pump beams of different wavelength towards a sample, where the illumination beam is partial phase modulated along its cross-section with a modulation frequency. The fluorescence produced in the sample is detected by detector, and the detection signal of detector is read by the thermal image camera. An independent claim is included for method for microscopic acquisition of light from sample.
