The textile laminate (1) has an elastic textile base (2), where a plastic coating (3) is arranged. The plastic coating is thinner than the textile base. Perforations (4,5,6) are introduced in the plastic coating and in the textile base for setting an adjustable elasticity of the textile laminate. The plastic coating is made of polyurethane, polyethylene or thermoplastic elastomer.
