The flywheel has a plastic deformed primary sheet metal (4) and a plastic deformed secondary sheet metal (5), where the sheet metals are rotated relative to each other around a rotation axis against an effect of spring units (8). Retaining areas (10) for the spring units are formed between the sheet metals. The retaining areas are clamped between plastic deformed primary inset regions (7) of the primary sheet metal and plastic deformed secondary inset regions (9) of the secondary sheet metal. The primary inset regions are arranged radially within the secondary inset regions.
