The method involves positioning a vehicle i.e. lorry (3), having an unloaded platform (10a) in front of a delivering station, so that the platform and a loaded platform (10b) are conveyed from the station to the vehicle and/or from the vehicle to the station. The loaded platform is conveyed from the station over the unloaded platform. The unloaded platform together with the loaded platform is conveyed from the vehicle to the station. The loaded platform is conveyed to the vehicle. The unloaded platform is retained in the station. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for unloading vehicles (2) a logistics system for delivering a platform in a conveying direction to a vehicle and/or for transferring the platform from the vehicle.
