The device has telescope bars (8) fastened to a baseplate (7) in a container (3), where the baseplate accommodates an acoustic decoy (9) and the bars lie parallel to each other. Nets are fastened between ends of the bars. The bars are expanded after removing from a boat to a tetrahedron form and are lengthened such that the nets stretch tautly and the acoustic decoy lies in center of the tetrahedron. The bars are connected by spring joints. A gas producer or -storage is integrated in the telescope bars.
