The probe (1) has a probe body comprising a threaded part so as to be screwed on a metal or plastic collar fixing model, where the body is formed from non metallic and non-heat conducting insulation material. The threaded part of the body is terminated by a metal pellet that is in contact with a tube when the probe is positioned. A temperature sensing element moves to an end of the threaded part and contacts the pellet to ensure a thermal connection between the tube and a sensor contained in the body. Metal beads (2) surround the sensor. The temperature sensing element is chosen from a negative temperature coefficient thermistor, positive temperature coefficient thermistor, nickel or platinum resistor, silistor, thermocouple and transistor.
