The method involves connecting a public applicant to a relation establishing server (14) via an additional terminal (13) e.g. portable computer. Search advertisement associated to applicant contact information is published. A user (15) of a vehicle e.g. car (30), is connected to the server via a communication module (16) provided with a geo-location and preference unit of a navigation device. Geo-location information is sent to the server by the module. The advertisement is selected based on the geo-location information. The selected advertisement is communicated to the user via the module. An independent claim is also included for a communication system for implementing a method of establishing relation between travelers, comprising a linking server.
