The ship has an exploiting device in a form of a rotary keel obtained by circular development (8) for turning the keel. The circular development is determined by the rotation of a hydrodynamic profile around a line of a plan located at a distance (R). The line belongs to longitudinal symmetry plane of the ship. The line is selected as an axis of rotation of the keel. where the distance defines average radius of the keel. A measurement unit measures the rotation of the keel, and a roller is covered with a rubber type flexible material sheath.
