The device has a structure (1) comprising a mobile slide (2) integrated with a flat cutting tool (3), where the structure is made of steel, brass, wood or plastic. A bar soap (5) is placed on the slide. An upper part of a vertical chute (7) cooperates with a buttressing lever (8) equipped with a support pad (9) that prevents the soap from being raised from the slide. The tool generates tiny soap particles with unique usage. A return spring returns the slide to an initial position for permitting the soap and the lever to fall by gravity generated by thickness (P) of the tool for next use.
