The device has a bar (6) transmitting current along corners of a ceiling (2) and ground from a sheathed electric cable contained in a cylindrical groove, where the groove is formed on entire length of the bar. Another cylindrical groove (4) is formed on an excessive thickness of a plinth. The plinth conveys another sheathed electric cable for transmitting the current along corners of a floor. The bar and the plinth are connected with each other and to switches and outlets by distribution boxes (7, 8).
