The plate (1) has a proximal part (1A) fixed on external face of the bone, and a distal part that is housed in medullary duct of the bone, where longitudinal axes (A, B) of the parts are non-coaxial and offset from the plate. The parts are coupled by a mechanical connection e.g. screw nut. Flat surface of the proximal part is supported on the external surface of the bone. The mechanical connection comprises a connection body (9B) integrated with the proximal part.
