A regulator (4) is connected to a controller (3) for adjusting flow of recycled exhaust gas based on difference between a dispersed heating capacity and maximum dispersed heating capacity allowable in an exchanger by controlling an opening rate of an exhaust gas recirculation valve associated to the exchanger. The information represents temperature of exhaust gas recycled at outlet of the exchanger, pressure and temperature of exhaust gas recycled at outlet of a particle filter, pressure of exhaust gas recycled in an inlet of a compressor, temperature of recycled exhaust gas in outlet of cylinders of the engine, temperature of ambient air in the inlet of an air filter and temperature of cooling liquid of a cooling circuit of recycled exhaust gas.
