The device has pincers formed of two large branches (1) whose distal ends (2) are connected by welding or by a spring. Proximal ends (3) of the branches are equipped with pads (4) for holding cotton that is soaked with solvent. The proximal ends of the pincers form clamping jaws. The pincers have an opening varying between 5cm and 8cm for allowing fixation of the pads, where thickness of the pads ranges from 4mm to 8mm. The pincers are made of metal or thermoplastic material.
