The device has vocal synthesis units, and an LED (2) to provide light indication, where the device is in a form of a portable case (1) with a universal serial busconnection (4). An internal memory stores information independent from a peripheral system, and a start and stop switch (3) allows stopping or starting of the case. A potentiometer (7) adjusts volume output, and a solar cell supplies power to the device.
