The device (1) has a tibial plane (5) adapted to maintain two legs. A spinal plane (3) is connected to a femoral plane (4) by a connection unit (12). The femoral plane is connected to the tibial plane by another connection unit (13). A cervical reinforcement (6) and a lumbar reinforcement (7) have a radius of curvature, where the cervical reinforcement comprises a radius of curvature ranging between 8 and 12 cm, and the lumbar reinforcement comprises a radius of curvature ranging between 18 to 30 cm. The spinal plane is parallel to the tibial plane.
