Cosmetic composition (A) comprises: in a medium, (a) a supramolecular compound (Q); and (b) at least polar pasty fatty substances, where (Q) is obtained by reacting: at least one oil having at least one reactive nucleophile group comprising hydroxyl or amine groups, and at least one linking group capable of establishing hydrogen bonds with one or more linking groups, which further comprises at least one pyrimidin-4-one unit (I) or (II). Cosmetic composition (A) comprises: in a medium, (a) a supramolecular compound (Q); and (b) at least polar pasty fatty substances, where (Q) is obtained by reacting: at least one oil having at least one reactive nucleophile group comprising hydroxyl (OH) or amine groups (NH 2), and at least one linking group capable of establishing hydrogen bonds with one or more linking groups, each pairing of a linking group involving at least three hydrogen bonds, where the linking group comprises at least one reactive isocyanate and imidazole function, which may react with the reactive functional group carried by the oil, and the linking group further comprising at least one pyrimidin-4-one unit of formula (I) or (II).
