The container has a water tank contained in a storage tank (18) at a lower part of a frame (11) and under a bag (12). Top of the water tank is opened and covered by a filter (24) placed under bottom (26) of the bag. A watering circuit has an electric pump (19) connected to the water tank and electrically connected to a power supply unit (20) with an accumulator and a programmable control circuit (25) for daily automatic watering. The filter is interposed between the bottom of the bag and the water tank, where the filter is made of an extractable rectangular grid.
