The device (1) has a stick element (3) connected to rigid segments or semi-rigid segments and provided with luminous elements i.e. LEDs (9), which are activated from a control unit i.e. control knob (11), connected to the stick element. The stick element is translucent to be transparent and to be lit from inside through the luminous elements. The stick element is coated with a metal surface of an electrically conductive layer to capture electrostatic charges present on parts of person's body to be coated.
