The device (1) has a piece (2) comprising a side equipped with a central part for receiving a loudspeaker (11), and an opposite side equipped with a peripheral part. The peripheral part comprises a seal (5) for fixing the piece on a body element (9) of a motor vehicle. The seal is in the form of a closed loop and directly over-molded on the peripheral part of the piece. The seal comprises an outer edge provided with a double lip that is supported on the body element.
