The device has a duct (1) assuring passage of fluid, and a check valve (2) fixed on the duct, where the check valve has a flap extended in the duct. The flap is movable between an extreme closed position blocking the fluid passage in the duct and an extreme open position allowing a maximum fluid passage section in the duct. The check valve has an assisting and maintaining unit for assisting and maintaining opening of the flap to move and maintain the flap in the open position. The assisting and maintaining unit is controlled by flow rate of fluid flowing in the duct.
