The corrugated cardboard comprises five covers (1a, 1b, 1c, 1d, 1e) and four papers (2a, 2b, 2c, 2d) of intermediate groove (13) bonded together to form a four-flute corrugated board having a thickness of 15-18 mm, where the covers have a weight of 275-400 g/m 2, and the corrugated papers have a weight of 170-200 g/m 2. The covers and groove papers are arranged in a combination of types of groove B-C-B-C. An independent claim is included for manufacturing the corrugated cardboard.
