The arrangement has a dispensing valve (10) provided with a fluid flow passage (25) to be opened or closed. The closed passage avoids leakage flow. The leak fluid circuit has a modulation unit that modulates the resistance to the leakage flow caused by the mechanical sealing defect of the closed passage. The hydraulic fluid is fluid with magneto-rheological properties. A resistance of the hydraulic fluid is modulated by generation of magnetic field in the leak fluid circuit. Generator units generate magnetic field, and provided with electric coils.
