The device e.g. booklet (1), has a transparent writing surface i.e. transparent sheet (2), placed against an opaque sheet (3A) i.e. opaque writing screen, in a writing position and against another opaque sheet (3B) i.e. opaque reading screen, in a reading position, where the transparent sheet is a tracing paper. A joint i.e. vertical binding (4), is arranged such that the writing surface is mounted to the screens in an articulated manner. The joint is arranged such that the wrist of an arm of an anti-lateral writer is laid at the exterior of the writing surface in the writing position.
