The device has a cylindrical film made of fine and flexible plastic material, where an end of the cylindrical film is largely opened to install the device on a penis of a man. Another end of the cylindrical film is equipped with a valve that permits evacuation of sperm to ejaculate in a condom toward vagina of a woman without vaginal secretions. A body of the valve comprises a rigid plastic hexagonal tube (3) and a hexagonal disc (7). Triangular holes are formed in the hexagonal disc.
