The element (1) has a U-shaped body (2) with longitudinal ends having polyhedral-shaped male/projected and female/reinforcement assembly formations (7, 7', 8, 8'). Each formation is elongated in extension direction of one of base and lateral walls (4, 5) to which the formation is associated and tapered in longitudinal extension/fitting direction (DE) of the element. Dimensions of the female formations are slightly higher than that of the male formations, so that interstices are formed between end faces with respect to the formations mutually stacked with the body and another body.
