PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a back-filling spacer which can be recycled and which can fill the gap between an earth retaining wall and a waling material without taking time for strength development while being capable of imparting axial force to a strut; and an earth retaining method using the back-filling spacer.;SOLUTION: A back-filling spacer 1 of this invention comprises a liquid-tight inner bag part 12 into which a liquid such as water is injected through a female coupler 11 with a check valve and which is sealed so that the injected water does not leak, and an outer bag part 13 for preventing burst which coats the outside of the liquid-tight inner bag part 12 so as to prevent the burst of the liquid-tight inner bag part 12 into which a liquid such as water is injected.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
