PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ahead-sick determination method with which the presence/absence of ahead-sickness can be easily determined.SOLUTION: The method includes extracting a lacked nutrient from a participation coefficient of a conscious symptom applied by an ahead-sick patient, determining a nutrition fulfilling degree from a total ratio of participation coefficients in the applied conscious symptom and all conscious disease conditions, determining a first disease tendency potential rate on the basis of the participation coefficient of the lacked nutrient extracted for each disease tendency, determining a fatigue degree from the number of all items of physiological actions in the applied conscious symptom and all the conscious symptoms and a total ratio of all participation coefficients corresponding thereto, determining a nutrition activity by dividing the nutrition fulfilling degree with a value obtained by dividing the first disease tendency potential rate with the fatigue degree, determining a stress oxidation degree by multiplying an oxidation index which is obtained from examination values of LDL, HDL and adiponectin obtained by a blood examination of an ahead-sick examinee with the nutrition activity, and determining the presence/absence of a potential disease using the stress oxidation degree and the first disease tendency potential rate.
