PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface treatment method for a surface treatment member capable of forming a microstructure to a desired position regardless of the quality of the material and the shape of the surface treatment member.;SOLUTION: The surface treatment method for a surface treatment member includes (a) a step of preparing a surface treatment member, (b) a step of preparing a surface treatment agent including a silicon-based polymer, (c) a step of setting up the surface treatment agent at least at a part of the surface treatment member, and (d) a step of firing the surface treatment member to which the surface treatment agent is set at a temperature of 800°C or more under an environment in which a catalyst is included and gas flow is present, and the gas flow is supplied at a flow rate of 0.01 L/min or more per surface area 50 m2 of the surface treatment member, to thereby form a fibrous structure of a silicide.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
