PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop an organic odor base material formed by mixing a plant extract in woody charcoal dust, diatomaceous earth and zeolite or the like, to provide an organic odor decomposition technique for deodorizing organic matter due to food residue odor, life odor, agricultural odor, industrial odor, livestock odor, and sewage odor, etc., and to easily perform manufacturing without the need of a high-grade facility cost.SOLUTION: By working the plant extract into a porous body and performing physical treatment, the odor is deodorized with the porous body as a medium. A decomposition and elimination treatment agent for the organic odor is the development of capability technique. Excellent effects are demonstrated by arranging a habitat environment of effective microorganisms, such as decomposition and adsorptive decomposition of rotting protein and animal manure and adsorption and bacteriostatic action of harmful substances. From the viewpoint of increasing industrial applications, the technique of mixing the single or compound plant extract to the woody charcoal dust of a porous natural material, diatomaceous earth and zeolite, etc., by an appropriate ratio decomposes the odor and provides a deodorizing effect against the multiplication of unwanted bacteria. This invention contributes to environmental improvement, environmental protection and environmental preservation.
