PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content recognition model learning device which can perform learning with high accuracy while reducing loads on a user.SOLUTION: A content recognition model learning device comprises: means for storing information of a content recognition model for recognizing content data; means for acquiring content data including sound signals or image signals; means for estimating additional information which is to be imparted to the content data and indicates signification of sound signals or image signals included in the content data; means for calculating a certainty factor of the estimated additional information which is to be imparted to the content data; means for selecting a question for determining additional information to be imparted to the content data based on the calculated certainty factor and displaying the selected question; means for acquiring an answer for the question; and means for updating information of the stored content recognition model based on information of the acquired answer.
