PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To predict change of blood sugar level with high precision.SOLUTION: A predictive blood sugar level calculation device for calculating a predictive blood sugar level changing curve showing the change of predictive values of the blood sugar level of a user in time series includes: a diet information obtaining section for obtaining diet information relating to the diet ingested by the user; a consumed calorie information obtaining section for obtaining consumed calorie information relating to the consumed calorie consumed by the user; a first predictive blood sugar level calculating section for calculating a first predictive blood sugar level changing curve based on the diet using the diet information and a predetermined numerical expression; a second predictive blood sugar level calculating section for calculating a second predictive blood sugar level changing curve based on the consumed calorie information using the consumed calorie information and a predetermined numerical expression; and a third predictive blood sugar level calculating section for calculating a third predictive blood sugar level changing curve based on the diet and the consumed calorie by combining the first predictive blood sugar level changing curve and the second predictive blood sugar level changing curve.
