PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording slip for a concrete specimen capable of improving working efficiency in work of placing ready-mixed concrete for creating the concrete specimen.;SOLUTION: A recording slip 1 for a concrete specimen 10 includes: a recording face material which has a writing part for writing information on a front surface and to a back surface of which first adhesive is applied; and a transparent film which is bonded to the front surface of the recording face material in order to protect the writing part. The front surface of the transparent film is made stuck to a formwork of the concrete specimen 10. Second adhesive is applied to at least a part of the front surface of the transparent film, and adhesive force between the front surface of the transparent film and the formwork is set to be lower than the adhesive force between the back surface of the recording face material and the concrete specimen 10.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
