PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a bis(fluorosulfonyl) amide salt and a perfluoro-N-(fluorosulfonyl) alkane sulfonyl amide salt, wherein the amide salts can be synthesized by one stage reaction, and a reactor made of a stainless steel or a glass can be used.;SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a compound salt shown by chemical formula (FSO₂)(X²SO₂)NM, wherein X² denotes fluorine or a 1C-4C linear or branched perfluoroalkyl group, comprises reacting a compound shown by chemical formula: X¹SO₂NCO, wherein X denotes chlorine, fluorine or a 1C-4C linear or branched perfluoroalkyl group, sulfur trioxide, and a compound salt shown by MF, wherein M denotes a monovalent positive ion.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
