PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound and text information communication apparatus that links sound and text so as to complement information each other by solving the problem in which independent systems are used for information exchange between sound and text, sound is poor at recording, and it is difficult for text to express emotion.;SOLUTION: In a sound and text information communication apparatus, a telephone switching device, an e-mail transmission and reception device, and an operational system are integrated by a different type systems coupling apparatus.
