PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively suppress the influence of a construction vibration on a circumferential environment without requiring excessive cost, labor, and time.;SOLUTION: A calculation means performs: processing to allow a position measurement means 130 to measure a current position concerning a construction machine 5 being operated on a construction site, to collate information of the current position obtained by the measurement with map information 126 of a storage means 101, and to specifying a distance from the current position to a vibration monitored part 40; processing to allow a vibration measurement means 140 to measure a vibration level concerning the construction machine 5 being operated, to collate information of the vibration level obtained by the measurement and information of the specified distance with information 125 in correlation in the storage means 101, and to estimate a soil vibration level corresponding to the vibration level at the vibration monitored part 40; and processing to compare the estimated soil vibration level with prescribed reference and to transmit an alarm signal to a prescribed device arranged in the construction machine 5 when the soil vibration level exceeds the prescribed reference.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
