PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable good printing without breakage of a protruded part even when the protruded part in a printing pattern of a flexographic printing plate is formed small in width.;SOLUTION: The flexographic printing apparatus includes a rotatable plate cylinder and the flexographic printing plate 1 which is stuck to the plate cylinder and has the protruded part. The flexographic printing apparatus transfers an ink applied to the protruded part to the surface of a work 5 by rotating the plate cylinder. The protruded part is composed of a surface part 2 to which the ink is applied, and a supporting part 3 which takes a taper shape from the flexographic printing plate 1 towards the surface part 2. A taper angle 9 at the supporting part 3 perpendicular to a rotating direction of the plate cylinder is larger than a taper angle 8 at the supporting part 3 parallel to the plate cylinder in the rotating direction.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
