PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce determination time required for a facility operation.;SOLUTION: An influent discharge water control device 1 controls equipment of an influent discharge water facility using equipment measurement information which is measurement information of influent discharge water tanks 51 and 54. The influent discharge water control device 1 comprises: an information collection section 11 which collects weather forecast information 713 which is a predictive value of weather information; an input section 15 to input the equipment measurement information; a storage section 14 to store the weather forecast information 713 and the equipment measurement information; a prediction calculation section 16 which predicts and calculates discharge water volume prediction information 80 which is future information for the influent discharge water tank 51 based on the weather forecast information 713 as well as influent change information 123 on influent discharge water flowing into the influent discharge water tank obtained by preliminary set influent delay time as well as preliminary set weather information; and an output section 17 which outputs predicted waste water volume information 80.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
