PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fast reactor plant cooling system capable of precisely detecting breakage of an outer pipe of a double heat-transfer pipe.SOLUTION: A fast reactor plant cooling system 1 includes: a steam generator shell 2 which contains liquid sodium; sodium inlet piping 3 which supplies the liquid sodium to the steam generator shell 2; sodium outlet piping 4 which lead the liquid sodium out of the steam generator shell 2; a double heat-transfer pipe 7 which is arranged inside the steam generator shell 2, and includes an inner pipe 5 and an outer pipe 6 disposed on a side peripheral face of the inner pipe 5 with a gap 40 left and introduces water into the inner pipe 5 so that the water exchanges heat with the liquid sodium contacting the outer pipe 6; ferromagnetic particles 42 held in the gap 40 of the double heat-transfer pipe 7; and a magnetic field measuring device 12 which is provided in a liquid sodium main flow passage, and measures predetermined magnetic field change to detect ferromagnetic particles 42 leaking from the outer pipe 6.
