PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure safety of foods manufactured and then transported from a food-factory while intending to preserve environment by purifying and reusing food-factory wastewater as water source.SOLUTION: Pure water is generated by recovering the food-factory wastewater and then applying a purification treatment. Water is supplied and sprayed over a berth for receiving and shipping, equipped with a dock shelter. Spraying of pure water is performed, for example, depending on the outside temperature of the berth, when a vehicle comes close to the berth for receiving and shipping, or when a vehicle stopping at the berth is in the state of idling. When purifying the food-factory wastewater, a primary treatment is performed by a membrane separation activated sludge process using a microfiltration film (MF film) or an ultrafiltration film (UF film); the secondary treatment is performed by ELCD method using a powdered activated charcoal; and the tertiary treatment is performed by using a reverse osmosis film (RO film). Then, the food-factory wastewater is purified to the water quality suitable for drinking water, and pure water is obtained. The pure water can be used for spraying over outdoor units and uniformizing the air temperature of air intakes, used as scenic water, and used for spraying to an adjustment pool and discharging to a river, etc.
