PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food capable of reducing the sweet taste, improving the quality of the taste, and preventing deposition of crystals of a sweetener.;SOLUTION: The food containing sucrose, isomaltulose and/or isomaltulose reduced product is provided. In the food, the total weight of sucrose, isomaltulose and isomaltulose reduced product is 25-90 wt.% to the total weight of the food, and the ratio of the total weight of isomaltulose and isomaltulose reduced product to the weight of sucrose is 9:1 to 5:5.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
