PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulation joint which is short and compact, and a refrigerant drawing-out structure at a terminal of a room-temperature insulation type superconducting cable using the insulation joint.SOLUTION: An insulation joint 1 is a member for connecting high-potential fluid piping 110 and low-potential fluid piping 120 in an electrically insulated state. The insulation joint 1 includes a first connection cylinder part 10 connected to an end of the high-potential fluid piping 110, a second connection cylinder part 20 connected to an end of the low-potential fluid piping 120, and a cylindrical capacitor cone part 30 having tapered surfaces 31, 32 formed on both sides. The capacitor cone part 30 is provided between the first connection cylinder part 10 and second connection cylinder part 20 so that the first connection cylinder part 10 is connected to an inner peripheral surface 33 of the capacitor cone part 30, and the second connection cylinder part 20 is connected to an outer peripheral surface 34 of the capacitor cone part 30.
