PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic resonance image processor which forms a functional MRI image for a sample containing a material which generates internal magnetic field by extracting an effect by the influence of the internal magnetic field, an MRI device provided with the same, a magnetic resonance image processing method, and a magnetic resonance image processing program.SOLUTION: A k-space signal information group containing k-space signal information for each of a plurality of coordinate typical values of a k-space determined in conformation to a real space is acquired from a plurality of NMR signals corresponding to the real space, and the k-space signal information group is subjected to reverse Fourier transform to acquire a real-space signal information group containing actual space signal information for each of a plurality of coordinate typical values of the real space. At least one sub-space is selected from the real space, each component of the k-space signal information group corresponding to the real-space signal information of the sub-space is acquired, and whether the distribution of the component in the k-space satisfies a predetermined condition is determined. According to the result of the determination, an image is formed based on real-space information of the at least one sub-space.
