PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present a patch to be important in the future for a user.SOLUTION: A patch presentation device 100, from histograms indicating operation frequencies of each function of two users, indexes relevance between data of the histograms to calculate a similarity between the two users, determines whether to regard the two users as users similar to each other based on the similarity, calculates, for a predetermined user, based on the ratio of the number of similar users for the predetermined user and the number of similar users having applied a predetermined patch to a program among the similar users, a future operation possibility on the predetermined patch of the predetermined user so that it becomes a higher value as the ratio is higher, and notifies the predetermined user.
