PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sludge dewatering agent and a sludge dewatering treatment method for efficiently utilizing sludge generated in a wastewater treatment facility.;SOLUTION: In the sludge dewatering agent and the sludge dewatering treatment method, diatomaceous earth residue of porous industrial waste/zeolite residue/ready-mixed concrete sludge/inexpensive cement are also added for dewatering treatment of sludge generated in a wastewater treatment facility, and agglomeration is performed. In the treatment method, agglomeration is carried out by adding diatomaceous earth residue of industrial waste/zeolite/residue/ready-mixed concrete sludge/inexpensive cement to the sludge generated in a wastewater treatment facility, and recycled as resources. The manufacture of a roadbed material, the manufacture of a secondary product of concrete by mixing inexpensive cement, and the mixing ratio of an object material allow recycling for civil engineering and construction material or the like, and versatility is achieved.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
