PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exercise tool of a novel structure, which can effectively reinforce muscle forces of hands, fingers and wrists of a human being; and to provide a novel muscle force training method using the same.;SOLUTION: According to this invention, efficient training to finger muscles which has been difficult to be working out by a conventional exercise implement becomes possible. Since the finger muscles required for pitching in a base ball and throwing sports, for example, can be trained in a state that the finger muscles are made to approximate motions which are actually required, the training excellent in effectiveness becomes possible.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
