PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bicycle anti-theft system that prevents theft by promptly reporting theft by an alarm when the theft occurs by use of finger vein authentication and GPS.;SOLUTION: The bicycle anti-theft system includes a bicycle device 102 installed in a bicycle 101 and an information processing host system 112 wirelessly connected with each other. The information processing host system 112 includes: a device for comparing, when receiving a locked periodic position information frame from the bicycle device 102, current position information of the bicycle 101 acquired from a database with bicycle position information of the periodic position information frame, and transmitting, when they do not match each other, an alarm notification to the bicycle device 102; and a device for comparing the values of system time with the time when previous periodic position information of the locked information record acquired from the database has been transmitted, and transmitting, when the time difference exceeds a predetermined value, the alarm notification to the bicycle device 102.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
