PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a setting mistake while facilitating setting work by easily recognizing positional relationship of a marking head and a workpiece.SOLUTION: A laser beam machining apparatus includes: a machining data-generating part for generating three-dimensional laser beam machining data by deforming a machining pattern into a three-dimensional form on the basis of profile information so as to make the machining pattern inputted by a machining pattern input means virtually coincide on an object surface to be machined; a three-dimensional displaying means for performing three-dimensional display of a deformed machining pattern together with the object surface to be machined; and an adjusting means for adjusting the arranged position of the object surface to be machined, which is displayed on the three-dimensional displaying means, in a working region determined by the movable ranges of a first scanner and a second scanner. A laser beam control part is constituted so as to control a laser beam scanning system provided with a laser beam oscillating part, a beam expander, the first scanner and the second scanner on the basis of the three-dimensional laser beam machining data generated by the machining data-generating part and the arranged position of the object surface to be machined, which is adjusted by the adjusting means.
