PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify a user that some traffic hindrance occurs on a normal route which is daily utilized in departure to make the user drive a vehicle well in good time.;SOLUTION: In departure of a vehicle, congestion information is automatically acquired by a congestion information receiving part 11, a destination corresponding to a condition in the departure at the time is automatically acquired from a storage medium 3c in a step S15, and a route to the destination in consideration of the congestion at the point of time is searched in a step S25. On the other hand, required time when the vehicle travels to the destination on the normal route acquired in a step S17 is calculated in a step S35. When travel prediction time on the searched route in the step S25 is sharply different from the required time calculated in the step S35, it is regarded that traffic hindrance occurs on the normal route to the destination, and corresponding notification is automatically performed in a step S50.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
