IMPROVED METHOD FOR LOCATING AND EXCAVATING BURIED GOLD OF THE KANO

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow establishment of an enterprise by saving time and effort as much as possible when minimizing errors of a location of buried gold, and as a result, reducing initial invested capital.;SOLUTION: A method is employed which facilitates probing work by using a metal detector and an underground radar in combination when locating buried gold. Since the current underground radar is rather heavy, it is necessary to considerably harden the ground, and time and effort are required for preparation. On the other hand, the metal detector is light-weight and is easy to operate and can probe in a wide range, but the metal detector can confirm the presence or absence of metal and cannot detect a size and depth of metal. On the other hand, the underground radar can detect a shape and depth of metal. Investment is reduced by the method employing the combination of merits of the metal detector and the underground radar. In addition, a depth from the ground, an area, and a thickness of a position of buried gold are found by calculations based on soil bearing capacity.
